More fat loss workouts: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF52868D2E6449DE0 Do this HIIT workout back-to-back-to-back or 30 minutes to burn at least 500 calories in 30 minutes which is 1000 calories burnt per hour with this HIIT workout In this 10 minute hiit workout all you're doing is a 1 arm clean and press 10 times in row follow by jumping jacks for 20 seconds over & over repeating that for at least 10 minutes. Now for those of you that think this hiit workout is too easy then you need to go back and pick a weight that you can only do about 8-to-12 or 8-to-15 reps with. If you start off using a weight where you can easily do 15-to-25 reps with then of course this hiit workout will be way too easy for you to do. If the weight you picked is just right then you can also do this work out for 10-to-20 minutes at a time and as mentioned earlier in the video if you do not have weights (which is preferred) then use a milk jug filled with sand, rocks or other heavy stuff or objects. If only doing this hiit work out for 10 minutes at a time then do it 1-to-6 times per day 3-to-5 days per week to get ripped (men) or to lose fat all over your body as fast as possible (men & women) Strive to do better every time you do this work out so you can burn more fat o burn more calories each workout you do so for example... If you used a 35 pound dumbbell like I did in the video then the next time you work out use a 36 or more realistically a 40 pound dumbbell the next time you work out (basically you could use heavy weights to burn more fat or burn more calories with each work out you do but if using more weight is not an option... Then do more reps before you do jumping jacks for 20 seconds so instead of 10 do 11-to-20 or more reps before jumping jacks but if you do that Do Not use a lighter weight just stick with the same weight to keep the intensity high and/or... You can do your jumping jacks longer than 20 seconds and speaking of jumping jacks you also do not have to do jumping jacks.
